Incident Response Process / Flaw Remediation Process
Masktech is certified for the Common Criteria (CC) life cycle process. For customers and end user as for any stakeholder of CC certified Masktech products we offer to contact our Support to get information about flaws and incidents according the CC ALC_FLR.3 requirements.
In case you observed an incident with one of our products, also the Masktech Support can be contacted. The support will categorize in a first step the incoming information. In case of a potential security relevant flaw Support contacts the change control board of Masktech. The change control board will handle the incident according to CC and keep the stakeholders informed via Support.
